Though my position as an Associate Professor of Microbiology at Eastern Washington University, I work to educate students in molecular and microbiology through course work and lab research experience. I use my office to develop course content, to meet with and advise students and for discussion with colleagues. My office appears neat enough, but there are hidden stacks of papers that are semi-organized. I don't have a lot of comfort items - just what I need to get the job done.
